Since coming back from some nice hot weather in France, and the UK too this year, I notice that in the odd place some sealant "leaking" out from between the caravan awning rail and side panels. Is this something to worry about ?
The van is a 2001 495 UK.

Hi. Is the sealant black?
Our van has some seals which are blacker this year than I remember last year. I think its normal, but someone who knows more might be along soon.

Hi David. Yes its grey/black and very sticky. As you say it gets blacker - as it picks up the road grime I suspect. Suppose its fine as long as you dont clean it off
