I,ve seen 2 diferent types for the rear of the Hobby by Fiamma. Mine is 2004 and is fitted to the actual rear panel. At the top, its held in place by a plate with 3 screws into the outer wall. At the bottom, its a plate and a bolt all the way through to the inner wall and then another
metal plate sandwiches the fixing together. Easy fitted. I used a sealant called 'Tiger Bond' to seal all the holes before final assembly. This is a panel adhesive and sealant used in the automotive industry.
The older Fiamma rack fits to the upper rail of pre 2002 models above the window by means of a special fitting kit available from Fiamma agents. It still requires bolting at the bottom as i described above in the newer rack.
