Good evening, Just to introduce ourselves as new members: Royston and Beryl WATKINS. We live in the Auvergne region of France in the Puy de Dome/bordering LAllier departments. We purchased our little estate some 12 years ago. We have a 7 hectare lake fully stocked with a variety of fish, 3 apartments/ Gites. A separate private dwelling with annex, a club house in a lakeside garden. The apartments have been let out to family, friends and in the past some of my clients ( corporate entertainment ) we don't run the gites as a business as they must conform to our retirement life style. We have two daughters, with husbands and 8 grandchildren now living within 20 minutes of u ( they followed us out ).
