we have owned a 2005 hobby 500 kmfe for 3 years and it has been fantastic we take it to europe every summer and it is perfect for the job..
ours is the narrower body one than the twin axle ones so is legal and safe to tow, i pull it no problems with a VW passat 1.9 tdi.. Just got back from 2and a half weeks in Croatia and it was superb.. cannot recommend them highly enough.. lost a roof light in austria though and found a hobby dealer in graz who had one in stock and fitted it within an hour! how is that for service. the dutch and germans love them and you see them everywhere..
thinking of upgrading if anyone is interested

cheers and happy hobbying!

I trust thet you didn't pay for the replacement rooflight as they were the subject of a Remis recall and were fixed or replaced FOC.
