hi
I was wondering can anybody point me in the right direction, i have a Hobby prestige 650 and have had a disaster with the glass cover for the sink, can anybody point me in the right direction as to where I can get a second hand one or a new one.

Many thanks

Hi moragwilkie.

You could try a call to this number: 01495 792700

Website is: http://www.caravanbreakers.net/

Try putting 'Caravan Breakers' into Google and see what comes up, as this could provide you with a few more caravan breakers.

Alternatively you could also put 'SMEV' into Google and see if you can get a contact in the UK as the sink/cooker is made by them.

Our sinktop smashed on a trip back from Ireland and I ended up getting a replacement on a trip to the Czech Republic!
It was while on holiday but it only cost me £35 and not the £65 that Hobby wanted.

Good luck!

Just found another website for Caravan Breakers but there are not that many 'Breakers' listed.

http://www.365campingcaravanning.com/ul_braker.htm

See if that is any good.

The guy referred to is Pickett2005 and he is from Ingatestone in Essex..he appears to deal in alot of ex travellers vans and I understand that he also has secondhand spares..The others to watch for on Ebay are Blackpoolebelle123 and Waynevanman...The sinks are usually made by a company called SMEV..have a look at their website
