Hi everyone.
Does anyone know the legalities regarding towing
a) hobby 650
with
b) honda crv 2 litre?
This is very confusing :? and I would really appreciate some advice. Thanks all! :D

Hi ruthb,
Welcome to the Forum, you will probably get some more constructive replies if your still there. Some one will explain the law in more detail.
Regards,
Ken.

Hi ruthb,
Please excuse my comments if they came across as unconstructive, if you go onto www.whattowcar.com you will be able to input your car and van details and it will give you an idea of the weight ratio.
Good luck

Hi Ruthib
I hope this could help you.
From what I have read there are two factors that restricts your towing weight
1; The vehicle manufactures specification on towing limits.
2; the vehicle manufacture specifies the maximum gross weight of vehicle..
I think this link to the government web site concerning towing weights might be of great help.
http://www.dft.gov.uk
To find out how much your car and caravan weighs, go to either one of these links for a more up to date list. http://www.cuddles.abelgratis.net/kerbweights.htm or http://www.whattowcar.com for a more up to date list.
