HOBBY 650UMFE ELECTRICS TRIPING OUT

hi can anyone help me i have a 2003 hobby 650 umfe sited in north wales went to put electrics on after not being used over winter electric worked for about ten mins then triped out then would not work atall if i turned the switch on the box in the cupboard that would trip the main supply outside and and if turned on outside would trip the switch inside do not no much about electrics but could there be something wrong with the convertor in the cupboard PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP THANK DARREN :(
