Hi All,
I have a hobby prestige I have just purchased and I can not get the water to work at all.

Someone has said it is a common fault and you can bypass the hot water, is there truth to this?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated as I havent really a clue how to even start on the problem.

Hey Shelby. I have a Hobby Excelsior 2009. I've had the same problems up to a few weeks ago. By chance I managed to solve my problems for now. I followed these steps.
1' Press On to turn on your boiler. Then press set.
2' Set temperature.
3' Press On for warm water. Then press set.
4' Press On for gas. Then press set.
You should have warm water in 10 minutes. But be careful, after some tine your room heater will come on. Press OFF for heater and start again if you need warm water. I wish I could find a better way
