Hi to every one. Unfortunatly due to ill health & loss of jobs our HOBBY EXCELLENT 650umfe 2002 model. Has to be sold
. It has been used for the last four years on a seasonal pitch is in excellent condition. I think most of you will know the benefites of owning a hobby but for those who don't It is a five berth with end fixed double bed. A seating area that makes a single bed that can be screened off for privacy great for a child or adult who want's an early night as they dont have to be disturbed when you move about. The wash area is fitted above cuboards with large angled mirrors lights and socket. the large seating area makes another large double bed. There is a kitchen area with gas hob, fridge freezer fitted microwave no oven but so easy to use a lightwieght electric oven in the awning. The awning is as big an area as the caravan we have two tables and a inner sleeping tent that sleeps two for when we have visitors making it a seven birth for the larger family. There is a outside electric socket and ariel / satalite socket plus two further ariel sockets inside. Ideal for the football saves any arguments
There is a display cabinet above the truma gas fire which also works the central heating. There are fitted carpets but we prefer the wood floor and a runner.The whole area can be lit brightly or there is nice subdued lighting for a cosy evening in. If anybody is interested I will give any other infomation required. Unfortunatly the pitch does not come with the caravan we have had offers but most people wan't the pitch with it. We are asking £4.600 ono which I think is a fair price there will be extras with the caravan as we will no longer need them if sold. Thank you for reading this hope I haven't gone on to long
